Payment can be done by bacs or card, and bank card details are only taken by phone or online, we never take card details over email. We only store your bank card details if given prior written consent by you to do so, at which point they will be stored in a secure payment system called Global Iris, which we do not have access to. However you can request for these details to be removed at any time (via your dedicated account manager).

- To contact you in relation to orders place, arrange delivery, keep you informed about new products, in stock items, promotions etc.
- For "administrative purposes", which means that we may contact you for reasons related to your account – check / update company details.

If you have a credit account with us your payment / invoice information will be shared with our bank, METRO, who collect the payment.

We sometimes share your contact details with event organisers for them to pass on beneficial services (relating to a show we are exhibiting at only), such as VIP invites, accommodation offers etc.
From time to time we will send out new brochures / catalogues directly from the printers, on these occasions we will pass on customer contact details.

In order to make our newsletters more useful and interesting we receive a confirmation when you open and click on any link within an email from us. This option can be disabled in "preferences" accessible via links at the bottom of every newsletter we send you.
